Small breakfast this morning. I try my best to eat something before I go workout. Sometimes I forget :(
Today I just had, 2 fresh oranges, oatmeal w/ lime honey & 2 boiled potatoes. I like to eat my potatoes with mustard because it's not filled with corn syrup & a million chemicals like other condiments -- basically just mustard seed, distilled vinegar, spices & water. Also helps with muscle cramps because it has a good amount of sodium.
Also, I'm not eating any animals, so I sprinkled in some Vegan Protein powder with my oatmeal. Need that protein to help the recovery process! #BeTheMVP
